No. It is not possible to use multiple VPN products simultaneously, and Freedome is no exception. The reason for this is that the different VPN products will collide with each other trying to route the network traffic to different destinations. This may also cause the network traffic to leak outside of the VPN tunnel.
On a side note, it is possible to have multiple VPN products installed on a device, as long as only one is turned on at one time.
