Freedome VPN doesn't connect with Public networks

Freedome doesn't connect when I am connected to a public network and in fact, it disconnects my laptop from the network when I try to use Freedome. 
It is really crap, cause I need it especially with public network. 
I am totally disappointed with F-Secure services ( Safe, F-Secure key, Freedome) and even with F-Secure support chat doesn't work!

If all this doesn't start to work in better way, I am gonna switch to another security provider
