Freedome Renewal

in F-Secure VPN

I have just renewed f secure on line although it doent run out to october. Does this carry on from then and how do i get into f secure freedome i cant find it on my computer

    Welcome to our F-Secure Community!


    Once you have purchased a new renewal for Freedome license, you have to enter that license code into your Freedome. That is when it will renew your license and add on the new license duration. However, you have to wait until 30 days before the expiry of your current subscription code to take it into use.

    I TRIED TO PUT CODE IN BUT IT SAYS CHECK I HAVE PUT IN RIGHT BUT I HAVE THREER TIME I TRIED

    Hi PJ43,

     

    As mentioned in your first message here, since your current license only runs out in October; you have to wait until 30 days before the expiry of your current subscription code to take the new code into use.
