May I know where did you find about the blacklist? Is there any issue or error you are observing with the email?
Some of our IPs every now and then appear on different kinds of black lists as there have been cases where Freedome has been abused on purpose or by accident, and that has caused this kind of issues.
This is very much out of our hands; we can’t control the 3rd party block lists. Typically these blockings last for rather short time.
