I bought 3 licenses of Freedom VPN in the cyber Monday sale. I used one on my PC and one on my Android phone. They worked great.
Suddenly, the license from my phone disappeared and the VPN is no longer registered (the license in my PC works as usual).
How can I troubleshoot the issue?
There is a possibility that only the trial version was active on that Android device. Have you tried to enter the code to activate the Freedome again on the device?

Do compare the validity by checking the "Subcription" tab to help you ascertain if all the devices correspond on the expiry date.
I'm sure I had a proper license. I've been using Freedom for 3 years now and this was a simple renewal.
I didn't try to re-enter the code, not to lose the last activation I have.
Can I check how many times I used my license? If it is the same device, will the system know it and I won't lose an activation?

You can try to re-enter the code on the device to activate it.
