I have Freedome Subscription.
When I run FREEDOME on my Huawei Y7 device which is using Android 7, I get error message and Freedome never goes ON. I'm not even able to see list of locations to choose from. Please advise.
May I know if this is the first time you are using Freedome and seeing this error after installation? Or has Freedome been working normally till now?
Does it happen with all the connection like both Wi-Fi and data network?

I've been Freedome user for 2-3 years. I use Freedome on my laptop and my SONY XPERIA device (android 4) without any problem but on my HUAWEI Y7 Prime I'm not able to use the app as described using the same internet provider.
It's my first I'm using Freedome on HUAWEI. This device is brand new. It does happen with all connections including Mobile Data Network and WiFi.
The referrence article did not help at all.
Kindly get in touch with our support team via chat or phone here in order to further troubleshoot this issue. It might need their investigation as you mentioned Freedome works fine on your other Android device.
