-> what is your platform/OS? Windows, Mac, iOS, Android?
-> something more as additionial information about your specific setting;
-> did you try only one device? And only with one Network? Just as doublecheck: trouble is pinned to device configuration OR to Network configuration.

Does this issue happen irrespective of any location connected or only when connected to a certain location? Is this a first time installation of Freedome on this device?
Is it affecting certain apps or is your normal browsing affected as well?
Do you have the latest Windows updates installed on your device? If not, please install the Windows updates.
Is there any error message you see in Freedome? What is the version of Freedome installed?
