I've made THREE separate reclamations to F-secure's technical support regarding program problems without receiving any answer. I'm very dissapointed in the arrogancy of the company & suggest everybody else to avoid this company in the future, because there is alternatives which respect their customers & whose products are not only better but also cheapter.

 

Let's see if they pubish this feedback.

    Sorry to hear about your experience with our Support. May I know which F-Secure product you are referring to here? If you could give me the case numbers which you have opened with our Support team via private message, I would help further to check on the case details.
