Denmark end-point only allows a few concurrent connections at the same time

Right now, 13:00, 21st July the Copenhagen/Danmark endpoint has problems allowing more than 10 connections. Websites only load half way, web benchmark javascript test suites show that only about 10 connections are allowed at the same time? Are there congestion problems in Denmark? I switched to Sweden and the problem went away. Switched back to Denmark and it is back.
