I have a problem in Freedom for ipad

I subscribed for a year nearly two weeks ago, The contact was very excellent ، But yesterday and today I can not connectSmiley Sad
When I try to run the VPN , this message appears ( a configuration error occurred )
I tried to contact all the servers but to no avail
I do not know what the problemSmiley Sad
Please help me quickly
