After testing beta version, Freedome stopped working

I bought a Freedome license for 12 months (single device). I tried it and it worked well on PC (Windows 10). Signed up for and installed the beta version but I couldn't turn on the Freedome protection (nothing happens when I click turn on).

 

I downgraded but still doesn't work. Tried uninstall and reinstall the non-beta version but it still doesn't work! The software starts and looks in order but can't start the Freedome protection. Have tried different locations but the same problem.

 

 

What to do?
