Several weeks ago I downloaded the 14 day free trial and never installed it. I did install it 3 days ago and got a message that it was expired. I uninstalled it, downloaded a new copy and got the same message.
I tried Chat but it's only open late night in the U.S. So that didn't work.
I sent a message to tech support saying exactly what I am here. I received a reply saying I needed to contact the "Community".
So I'm telling the Community to stay away from F-Secure as support is nothing less than **bleep** and incompetance.
This community is for assistance and we would gladly work with you to try and assist you with your problem. They ask that you post to the community as Freedome is relatively new on many devices and they are trying to build a forum so that, in the future, people can refer here for assistance before having to speak with tech support.
