Noticed also the same with Skype, status was on/off. Wired connection all the way, no NATting, 100/10 line. Issues started when starting to use Sense.
After changing my DNS to 9.99.9, no more issues.
Looks to me that the latest SENSE update has helped. I have had three Skype for Business meetings today, and there has not been any disconnect-reconnect situations. Looks good, great!
