for some months I tried to ask for concrete release date e.g. of VPN feature. Promised on your website since at least last year June. Nothing happens. Also the App is very simple without any overview with no advanced logging functionality, implemeted log view is freezed and Arlo Webcams still not working.
How do I get my money back? At least for the hardware.
