Is it possible to set one time limit with F-Secure SAFE family rules, which child can use as he/she wants between different devices? How do Family Rule time limits work?
At the moment it is not possible to have a shared time limit between two or more devices. (That is, you can't set it up so that you'd have, for example, 1 hour of use per day between your phone and your tablet.) The time rules work currently as follows: You set up a weekday time limit and a weekend time limit and these are the same for all devices on that child's profile. However, time is tracked separately for each device. That is, if Timothy has an android phone, android tablet, and PC, and they have 1-hour time limit on weekdays, and 2-hour time limit on weekends, they can do the following: On weekdays, they can play 1 hour on their phone, on their tablet, AND on their PC. On weekends, they can play 2 hours on each device, per day. So, on weekdays it's a total of 3 hours of play on their devices (1 hour on each), and on weekend days it's 6 hours of play on their devices (2 hours on each). If you want to limit the total time the child can play between all of their devices, it is recommended to take into account the number of devices they have, and set the time limit accordingly. (So, for example, if the child has 3 devices, and you want to limit them to 1.5 hours on all of them, set the time limit to 30 minutes per device. This way they have a bit of variety too!)

You might have purchased a subscription for a different product: Check the product installed on your device. If the product installed on your device is F-Secure Internet Security, then the subscription that you've purchased is for a different product. In this case, you need to uninstall F-Secure Internet Security from your device, and install F-Secure SAFE. Skip to the next step if this is not the case for you.

If the product installed is the correct product for the subscription purchased:
Make sure that you have renewed an existing subscription instead of purchasing a separate new subscription. Try restarting your device, the product may just need to be refreshed to connect to our servers.

I'm a Handelsbanken customer and while logged in to my netbank I can't open the "Sijoita ja säästä" tab when banking protection is active.
This issue has been fixed and the fix was deployed on Friday 2019-08-30. If the problem persists, make sure that your application has been updated and all the newest updates have been installed. After that empty your browser cache and try again. If the problem still persists, contact Customer Care. If you can't open the Handelsbanken "Sijoita ja säästä" tab while Banking Protection is active, try the following workarounds to solve the issue:
Check for updates
Open F-Secure SAFE. Click Tools. Click Check for updates.
Add the URL to website exceptions
Open F-Secure SAFE. On the Antivirus page, click Settings. Click Secure Browsing. Go to the Browsing Protection tab. At the bottom of the window, click the View web site exceptions link. To add an exception to a website (whitelist), go to the Allowed tab, click Add, and enter the URL when asked. Click OK.
Turn on "Do not interrupt my current Internet connections"
Open F-Secure SAFE. Click Secure Browsing. Scroll down to Banking Protection. Select Do not interrupt my current Internet connections.

How Do I Install F-Secure Safe On My Device(s) as a Sub-user
You can share your subscription with a friend or family member by inviting them into your My F-Secure group. This allows them to protect their devices using your available licenses.
Log in to My F-Secure with your account username and password. Once logged in, click/tap Add device. The Whose device do you want to protect? window appears. Select Someone else's device, and click/tap Continue. The Invite a person window appears. Fill in your name and email address in the relevant fields, and click/tap Send invitation. The person you add will receive an invitation email that allows them to set up their My F-Secure sub account.
Once the account has been set up, they would need to be logged in with their email address and password then the next stage would be to install the program on their device(s). Note: If the sub-user does not remember their password, they would need to have it reset by clicking on the Forgot your password link then type in the email address that was sent the initial invitation and click on the Send button once completed.
