subscription warning on new device!

F-Secure continues to tell me to upgrade subscription. My device is secured as part of a group of devices - is that not so. The subscription should be renewed annually. Will there be any changes to this procedure??

Some reasons for this may include:


-- The number of devices on the subscription has been exceeded.


-- The product installed on the device nagging about the license is not the same product that the subscription covers.  Eg, a subscription for SAFE will not cover F-Secure Key, or the stand alone Internet Security product.  


-- The product is not installed correctly on the device, or has not been installed via the correct method.  Eg, you need to install SAFE via the SAFE Portal.
