You should be able to reinstall F-Secure SAFE from the link here: https://mysafe.f-secure.com/login

Log in with your account details, which you should have already registered via the Virgin Media portal, then follow the instructions to install to your device.

If you have any difficulties, then try logging into your Virgin Media portal and find the link to the F-Secure SAFE portal from there. That's how Virgin Media customers have to do it initially, but I'm not sure if you need to take that step for a reinstall, if you are already registered for F-Secure SAFE, via Virgin Media.
