May I know which F-Secure product have you installed on your Windows 10? Is there any error message seen? What is the exact issue which is happening with the Printer/Print spool?
I downloaded my free one year offer of F Safe with my Virginmedia Broadband.
The spool stopped running when I tried to restart it , it would not restart.
I uninstalled F Safe and it was back working
Could you try to disable the Firewall and retry the printing? Does the Printing work again when the Safe is installed but when Firewall is turned OFF?
