my passcode can't give me access to my phone; it's changed.What can i do.

It depends quite a lot on the phone involved and the passcode you're talking about.

You'll need to get the IMEI of the phone (try taking the battery out and see if it's written somewhere; it should also be on the outside of the original box if you still have it) and contact support, I think they can help.
