    Hi BarbaraK,

     

    After a quick discussion with our labs, mellowsurvey is seen to be a spam pop-up (like browser hijacker/adware) and is not a malware. It pops up when you visit a suspicious URL and it is recommended to stop visiting any suspicious sites if the pop up happens constantly.
