manual renewal error

So I've been trying to renew my subscription for a week now.

I update my payment method and click the renew button to only get "An error occurred while processing the manual renewal of your current subscription. Please contact Customer Support.

 

My F-secure SAFE expires 04/11/2016 and my Reference number xxxxx date 10/10/2015 and I' am also a virgin media customer for reference.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.
