before i could not add other devices ,still cannt---
now i cannot log in on the phone or tablet with my computer log in details ,,,one site asks for email for user-- the phone asks for user name (dont have)and dose not except
if you go on the main computer and add nmore it just sends you to upgrade,
is this company really so useless it make you wonder how good there security is .
I assume you are trying to log in to the safe portal?
Which error do you get when trying to log in from a mobile device and with your email address?
Did you already have a chance to open a support ticket as advised by Simon on this thread?
