forgotten parent password

ive put a parent password on my phone, the thing is i have forgotten what it is. is there anyway of finding out what it is.

have tryed phoning and online chat but cant get through

    Including the following details in the request will help to speed up the case resolution:

    1. Full Name

    2. Device's brand and model

    3. IMEI code (press *#06# on your phone to retrieve it)

    4. Mobile number with country code (a valid simcard needs to be inside the phone to receive the SMS command)

    5. Proof of purchase/Receipt of the device (please take a picture of the phone's original bill and attach it on the form)
