How does one lodge a complaint about the level of technical support and to whom does one send the complaint offered my F-Secure

Other than by the usual channels, no idea, sorry. But, is there anything we may be able to help with regarding your problem?

Agreed.  There is absolutely no Customer Service consideration - no way to get technical support & no way to even complain about the complete lack of any consideration for customers.

Time to dicth F-Secure for a company who actually cares about their customers.
