How does one lodge a complaint about the level of technical support and to whom does one send the complaint offered my F-Secure

Agreed. There is absolutely no Customer Service consideration - no way to get technical support & no way to even complain about the complete lack of any consideration for customers.
Time to dicth F-Secure for a company who actually cares about their customers.

You can indeed voice your complaint through normal channel(support requests). We also forward the complaints made in this community.
...and forwarding complaints gets you absolutely nowhere !!
