Why is Host notepad-plus-plus.org blocked?

Hi all!

 

Why is the host notepad-plus-plus.org blocked (see attachment/below)? This is the home of the very popular texteditor Notepad++. Also, the domain with prefix www - www.notepad-plus-plus.org, is NOT blocked ...
