User Account called "A User"

I come to realise something is not right.

 

The User Account Name was called "A User".

 

I know I did not have such user account name on my computer.

 

(While I am beta testing the F-Secure 2013 Internet Security.)

 

When I made a couple of reboots.

 

I notice I get the correct user account name in F-Secure 2013 Internet Security.

 

How is this so?

    With regards to your problem, the User Profile are managed by Microsoft and F-Secure is not creating the user. F-Secure just uses the windows credential.     Either it is a software bug from Windows 8 or F-Secure FSIS 2013 itself.

     

    The user mode keep changing as User and not indicate as my own User name account.

     

    Even the settings keep reseting all by itself.

     

    If It indicate the correct User Account name as the one that log into. The settings is working.

     

    But as it indicate as User. Things seems to be haywire.

    With regards to your problem, you may try to disable F-Secure and see if there is any problem with user settings. If there is then it might be an issue of Microsoft else if it only happens when F-Secure is working then the error might be from F-Secure then kindly feel free to contact us through the link below:-
