Unable to optimize the Windowsdirectory (Booster)

I use Booster as a member of a testgroup in Sweden and after the testperiod i will leave a rating of Booster. I have Windows 10. My question in english: When I select Clean my Booster always stops with this message "Unable to optimize the Windowsdirectory right now. System restart required." I have restarted my computer 5-6 times with the same result. What is the problem with my Booster? Everything else works.

Based on the error message, it might either be related to Windows Updates installation that has likely failed at some point. Could you please check in the Control Panel and make sure there are no outstanding Windows Updates or that there are no Windows updates that are continuously failing to be updated in your computer?
