Transfer subscription

Hi, my laptop had broken and I know have a new one, and I need to transfer my subscription to my new laptop, I have 3 computers covered, I have sussed out that I should be able to cancel one and then use the key on my new one, I dont know how to go about cancelling the subscription? also when you go to view your subscriptions it shows you the 3 that are covered, but I dont know what the code relates to, so that if I did know how to cancel one of the subscripions I would not know which one, It has to be the one for the broken laptop, thanks for any advise, John.

Hello John,

In order to help you with the topic, it would be good to know which product you are currently using.

If related to installing F-Secure Internet Security, the installer should verify if the used subscription key had any free seats left. If no free seats availalbe, it should be asking if you want to move the subscription to the new installation.

If related to F-Secure SAFE, then you need to log in to MySafe portal at https://mysafe.f-secure.com/login, where you need to remove the old device. Once that is done, you can proceed with the installation. You can find detailed instructions from here:
