Transfer subscription

Hi, my laptop had broken and I know have a new one, and I need to transfer my subscription to my new laptop, I have 3 computers covered, I have sussed out that I should be able to cancel one and then use the key on my new one, I dont know how to go about cancelling the subscription? also when you go to view your subscriptions it shows you the 3 that are covered, but I dont know what the code relates to, so that if I did know how to cancel one of the subscripions I would not know which one, It has to be the one for the broken laptop, thanks for any advise, John.
