There's a problem with real time scanning, macOS Catalina 10.15
F-secure says "Your computer is not protected, there is a problem with real time scanning, browsing protection is active". My subscription is valid.
F-secure has full disk access.
In the F-secure preferences pane there is a check box to allow real time scanning to move threats to trash. This is not checked. When the preference pane is unlocked, the box can be ticked but it doesn't stay ticked.
How do I enable real time scanning?

I am only an F-Secure user (their home solutions).
There is one Knowledgebase Article with some "solutions":
Since your F-Secure has full disk access already - you could skip that part and to check points about "Solution 1", "Solution 2", "Solution 3" from article. For example, there were discussions about useful steps with disabling MagicPrefs.
However, I am not sure whether it should be valid for Catalina or not.
And if provided solutions are not useful - good to contact their official Support Channel (for example, web-chat):
