Samsung offers 2 years free F-Secure Safe for Mobile Phones. Installation fails.
I have a new Samsung Galaxy A 3 Phone. Samsung offers free F-Secure Safe for 2 years. When I try to install F-Secure Safe from Samsung Apps, the installation process goes succesfully, but activaton process stopps when i give my email address. Fsecure Safe is working, but the lisence is only for one month. How can I solve this problem?

I've tried to Google the Samsung offer to find out more about it, and have drawn a blank.
With previous promotions of this type, such as the Virgin Media offer, users had to go via their Virgin Media portal to register on the F-Secure SAFE portal, in order to get the free year. Maybe this is the same sort of thing?

OK, it look like something exclusive to the Nordics, which is probably why it didn't appear in a UK Google search. Sorry, I don't really know what to advise on this, but hopefully someone form F-Secure will respond here in the morning. Failing that, I can only suggest you raise a Support Ticket as a licensing issue, and maybe they can help you that way.
