SAFE trial ended and uninstalled but can't buy Total Security and Privacy without a new Account!

What is going on when you can only buy a SAFE product that you trialled and not the combined SAFE and Freedome Package! The trial period ended yesterday and I have uninstalled both products.  I need Total Security and Privacy for 5 other devices 4 of which are android.  I only trialled on 1 device so there are no other installations. Why can't I log in to my account and buy Total Security and Privacy? Instead I'm routed to buy SAFE so if I also want Freedome then I have to buy separately which is more expensive.  Thinking of leaving f-secure after using for over 10 years with the same email address used for Internet Security on an old laptop, but this does not show up in my account either. This is not good !

Thank you for wanting to upgrade to Total. Because the system for running Safe and Total are different, then it is not possible to purchase Total via your Safe account.

What you can do, is to contact our support, and we can remove your trial account for Safe, so you can use the same emailaddress for Total.

That way you can keep the same address, and still get access to Total.

 

Let me know if you want me to move this to support, then I can do it for you.

Thank you for wanting to upgrade to Total. Because the system for running Safe and Total are different, then it is not possible to purchase Total via your Safe account.

What you can do, is to contact our support, and we can remove your trial account for Safe, so you can use the same emailaddress for Total.

That way you can keep the same address, and still get access to Total.
