Hi!
We are currently selling so called "BOX" products of F-Secure Safe to our customers and the question is what is the correct SAFE extension process?
Currently we have recieved problems that after entering the new KEY to SAFE portal nothing changes on the computer side. Does the customer need to re-install the product after it has been extended in portal? What are the correct steps to take?

If this is Windows PC client, then it does not get notification about the license status change. It will check the license every 6 hours, so waiting that time will update the status. Another option is to right-click system tray icon and select "Check for updates", which will synchronize license information. Third option is to get installer and run it again, it will notice that the product is already installed and just update license status.
