Renewing Key Subscription (Virgin Media)

Hi

As part of my F-Secure SAFE subscription with Virgin Media I get 5 Key vouchers. I renewed my SAFE sub in December all fine. Key is now saying that Subscription ends at end of January 2017. My Android which I sync with is saying Sub expires in 12 days etc etc

What is the correct process to renew this so it just uses are the same "Licence"?
