Renewal of F-Secure Internet Renewal

I just bought and paid a renewal of FSecure Internet Security Renewal. Do I have to do anything - or does the renewal start automatically? I figure, that the renewal starts automatically?

    Hi Kristen,

     

    If you renewed Internet Security, you should simply need to enter the new license key received.

    I didn't renew it, I bought a brand new version for 5 devices and 1 year. The version I had was a trial version for 3 devices and 30 days. I could have bought a full version in My Safe but my local vendor was 35% cheaper, so I bought it there.

     

    Now I'm want to upgrade my trial version to a full version, but I can't find a way to do that. I have checked in My Safe but couldn't find a way to do it there and I tried to write the Personal Code (for the new full version) in the F-Secure Safe software on my computer, didn't work.

    Please refer to Simon's reply on your first post.

     

    Internet Security and Safe are behaving differently from a licensing point of view.
