Quarantine cannot initialize: Error 2

Recently I have been getting the error message "Quarantine cannot initial: Error 2". I have re-installed Safe twice with no change. How can I fix this?

If you have already tried to uninstall and reinstall your F-Secure SAFE, then I would recommend to open a support request along with your diagnostic report (mentioned below the support request page on how to create the fsdiag and send it along).
