D'avance merci

    Hello Patrice,

Please post your question in english.

    Thank you.

    Best regards,

    Stephan

  • Since around 15 days, an application attack my computer, I think to register my web users and passwords(application who runs using memory but few power). Windows was damaged twice (once windows launch index and files recovery, the second time windows lauch this and a window partial recovery).

F Secure both using quick query/analyse and full query analyse doesn't detect the application. Each times, F Secure ignores 2 files hiberfil.sys and pagefile.sys. Deepgard blocked may be 5 times attacks when i want to use a bank secure application called Visa E-Card - but never detect the application which is always running.

May be the hacjer application use these 2 files so may be this is why f secure doesn't detect it.

For the moment, I can use nearly correctly in the french evening my computer. Dureing the day, now the application block my computer.

    Could you help me Please

    Thanks in advance

    Patrice

use Rootkit scan - it scans memory as I know, and if it is in pagefile - it should scan it too(because pagefile is virtual memory as a file)
