Malicious file found - but alls scans without result
Hello,
For some time, the program has been permanently reporting that it has found a malicious file that has been deleted.
These files are located on C: \ WINDOWS \ TEMP starting with WAX***.TMP
All scans performed did not find any requirement or malicious software.
Also the F-Secure Online scanner and Windows Defender as well as Windows Defender Offline could not find any threat.
Please help! Where ist the Problem?

Sorry for my reply.
If I normally understand you get notifications about real-time detections this .tmp files.
But do you have installed F-Secure AV/IS/SAFE and did full scan system as additional to F-Secure Online Scanner brief check (which also available as Cleanup Tool under F-Secure installation)? And does if found something?
Or if you have another security solution - do you able to provide also "detection"-name (like how it called as malware);
With any of situation you able try to transfer such file to F-Secure SAS:
https://www.f-secure.com/en/web/labs_global/submit-a-sample#sample-file
There you able choose option (as description and mail for get response from F-Secure Lab). As result - maybe they will explain "what is it" and reasons for detect as malware or as safe-files.

tanks a lot for your reply and apologies for my late reaction.
On the effected PC ist F-Secure IS installed and der real-time scanner is active. And you are right the notifications came from the real-time scanner.
In the meantime I contacted the support directly.
All-clear!
It was a false recognition.
The detection will be adapted accordingly.
