Windows 8.1 operating system.

I have F-Secure security running on 3 PCs.

One PC has a serious infection.

I am in the process of trying to sort the problem with a well known 'geek' site.....I can't even get an F-Secure recovery disc to run.

However F-Secure on that PC is completely invisible and still running. I can't find it , including registry entries, and delete it.

Can someone give me a direct link so that I can try and reinstall it so that I can then uninstall it to help resolve my problems?

PS. I am in the UK.

Hello EJB,

Depending on the product you use, you can get the latest installer here, or through your safe portal.

As for uninstallation goes, if you have issues you could try using our dedicated tool.

Thanks for that.

The crux of my problem is that the infected PC can't activate any links on the F-Secure site.

Long story........ As things improve your links may save the day.
