It keeps turning itself on even when I’ve made sure it is off why? On ipad

No matter how many times I check to see it’s off, it turns itself back on in the middle of my game and messes it up. What can I do?

    Maybe good to add more information about situation.

     

    For example, "It" -> what is it? If there was screenshot -> probably it is not visible currently.

    Does it related with F-Secure solution? Or it is something else?
