In this case I recommend that you upgrade to latest Internet Security 2014 version.
If the problem still remains, please contact our support and provide the fsdiag diagnostic file.

This used to be a known issue and it has already been fixed. I would recommend to follow the recommendation by Jouni above.
Plus, the upgrade is free anyway
