Installation failed

Good morning, I've got a problem with F-secure PC beveiliging totaal (Netherlands). I tried to install an update, but the installation went to 97% and then failed. I tried this many times. I called Telfort, they said I should delete the software and then install it again. I tried this, but again, the installation will not go further than 97%. After 45 minutes it said: installation failed. What to do?

Hello,

Possibly you need to download and run the UItool (F-Secure Uninstallation tool), a standalone software made for removal and then try re-installing.

Hi, thank you for this option, but it's still not working. The installation will not go further than 97%.
