I registered with F-Secure SAFE but the application on my device shows different expiration date. What should I do?

Answer

The F-Secure SAFE application gets the new extended service period as part of the registration process. If you did not click Finish or the process was interrupted somehow, the new service period might not have been updated. To solve this, log in to SAFE portal at http://www.f-secure.com/safe, and manually type the visible license in the F-Secure SAFE application (Go to the Subscription view and click Enter key).
