I paid for support on three computers but one is complaining that it has no key

I've paid for this product and I have an issue, I should not have to use a forum to report this issue, I would rather send an email to your technical support team. 

 

On January 15th, this year, I renewed my years subscription to F-Secure Internet Security for three computers. At the time, I only deployed the key on two machines, my desktop and my Wife's laptop

 

Last week I deployed the third and final licence onto my new laptop, after a series of strange messages, it deployed.

 

However, last night, (the 4th) my wife's laptop complained that the AV software had expired

 

Now, I have an email, dated 15th advising me that I have purchased three licencies of which the third has only just been used

What is going on?

Sorry for my reply. I am only an F-Secure user (their home solutions).

 

One option is try to use their official Support Channels (chat as example) when it available:

 

But as own tries to troubleshoot:

F-Secure Internet Security with next functionality:

If your experience was about such functionality - it can be an explanation about expired state on one of devices. Furthermore, it can be an explanation about 'strange dialogs'.

And, in addition, should be possible to use such functionality to 'retrieve' valid licence-state on required devices.

However, last night, (the 4th) my wife's laptop complained that the AV software had expired

If subscription is for three devices - good to uninstall F-Secure Internet Security on unused devices as prevention against 'gathering' licence.

Probably, good to doublecheck next articles about (maybe) useful information:

Or your experience is about something else and I did not understand exact trouble?
