Sorry for my reply. I am only an F-Secure user (their home solutions).

First of all, did you try any suggestion from topic? With my experience - topic is closed only (not deleted) and all replies are available.

Then, does your experience is about Virgin Media renewal?

Or your concern is about discounted cost (and not pinned to Virgin Media offer)?
