Hello i lost my product key...

in F-Secure Internet Security

I had my internet security enabled... I didn't have an account So i created one and i had to re download f secure and then it asked me for subscription key! I entered the code for the first time in april the 4th 2016 and it was supposed to end at april the 4th 2017 and now it's just gone please help

    Hi Snakematu,

     

    Did you purchase your FSIS subscription via F-Secure directly? If yes, could you check your email for the order details email which you received during the purchase. The subscription details can be seen in that email.

    As said i didn't have an account I let someone else build my pc and they gave me the code via call not msg's but Just in a call and he doesn't remember it either

    Hi Snakematu,

     

    Since you got the code from someone else, they should be providing you with the code details or the purchase details for using the code again. Please check with them for the purchase details. If you have purchased it directly with us, we would be able to find the purchase details and the code information.
