I just logged in to my github settings page and received the following warning (see image). The url is github.com/settings/profile
I believe this is a false report and hope this will be fixed in the future :)

Sorry for my reply. I am also only an F-Secure user (their home solutions).
Just interesting - I tried to use GitHub, probably, after some hours of your topic date. And Settings page was not blocked. Does it fixed already (and was fixed pretty soon with your experience)?
Or does it possible that page is blocked based on certain additions on your Settings view (just like generic detection against certain content as part of html)?
