I have bought a new subscription valid to 2020 and downloaded it to my computer ( windows 10 home). But for some reason F-secure AND windows defender get turned off and I get messages that I have to renew my subscription för F-secure. I have done that 3 times today and totally about 10 times since I bought it (dec 2018). What Is the problem?
I am only an F-Secure user (their home solutions).
It is possible to contact their official Support channels (chat as example):
and request to check situation, subscription status and so.
If your experience is about F-Secure Internet Security (indeed) - there is a design with licence/subscription:

Does your experience is about trusted place (where you bough a subscription)?
And, then, did you mean that you not actually renew your subscription three times today (and about ten times); but only re-type/re-add/reactive installation by licence key?
If no one else with access to your subscription/activation code - maybe your situation is about some compatibility troubles. Thus, I think that it is good to try contact official F-Secure Support Channel; should be fully useful.
