F-secure Safe - cannot proceed

Hello,

 when F-secure intervenes and presents me with a warning message before proceeding I cannot carry on to the web-site  . ie When I click on the 'allow' button nothing happens.

 

Do you know why this is?

 

I am using Chrome and /or IE10.

    Hello,

     

    I have experience about same situations. With my experience it was different reasons (three or four).

    Can you provide URL-link (as private letter) and I can to check... what if it will be same experience and it will be same with some of my previous known situations?

     

    And does you mean.. that you mean special block page about harmful/malicious page (or as content blocker feature, which can be too) with buttons?

     

    Or maybe just normal response from F-Secure team should be there.

    Hello, How do I supply a screenshot?
    I have tried to cut and paste a screen but nothing happens.
    At the moment f-secure is stopping me do almost anything
