F-Secure tops latest av-comparatives file detection Test.

Scanning 29,253 malware samples, F-Secure AntiVirus 2014 scored 99.7% in file detection and recorded only 2 false positives. 

 

As usual it scored an overall of Advanced+ (the highest) in this on-demand detection test. Well done, F-Secure.

    Whereas Bitdefender, Kaspersky and TrendMicro detects fully.

    We must be looking at different tests; 

     

    BitDefender-99.5%; Kaspersky-99.5%; Trend Micro-98.2%; which are not full detections and they are all behind the score of F-Secure- 99.7%.
