    As own tries to troubleshoot:

    -> good to add more information about trouble:

    -- what is your F-Secure solution? F-Secure SAFE, F-Secure Freedome, F-Secure KEY? Or something else?

    -- what is your platform? Windows, Mac, Android?

    -- what is "installation failed"-output? Does it prompt, notification or how it possible to understand that installation is "installation failed"?

    -> possible to search some useful articles under F-Secure Knowledgebase (as doublecheck that your installations steps are expected):
